Excellent Book!! Thank you for sharing your personal story. It is so helpful to hear about how other ME patients are coping with daily tasks & hygiene – embarrassing stuff! I’m 60 years old & have had ME for 30 years (diagnosed Sept 1993). My brain still thinks I’m 30 but my body thinks it’s over 100 😉 I found your story by watching Jennifer Brea’s documentary “Unrest” & was inspired to get your book(s). I’m just now able to go online in 2023 so I have a lot of catching up to do. I hope to find other ME people to chat with but don’t know how to find anyone. Any advice would be appreciated – I have a very limited understanding of how to use the computer, Facebook, etc. I hope you & your family are doing well.
Congrats Jessica. What an inspiration!A great support for younger people who are suffering and missing out do much in life.I am 68 and have had m.e for over 25 yrs. There was no support then and not many /any books written by m e patients so i think its wonderful what you have achieved .You should be oh so very proud of yourself.
